Hi there! Thankyou for considering working with me! Here i have a little paperwork for ya Just some Terms O Service.
Prices are subject to change based on demand.
I have the right to reject any order for any reason.
Payment:

⊝Can be paid 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch is approved.
⊝Do not send any form of payment until i have agreed to give you a slot !

Process & Delivery
⊝Turn over time for larger pieces please give more time !!
⊝Normal Turnover 48 hrs to 2 weeks
⊝When piece is finsihed you will recieve a Full resolution along with a web friendly version. There will be no physical product, You may print on your own (Id love to see how it hurts out!)
Revisions:
⊝You get threee rounds on the commissioned piece included in the price
⊝Sketch, Lines, Render
Upon approval I will continue the piece.
I will not continue until approval is made
⊝If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is usually based on an hourly wage
⊝If your reference is unclear to start with changes will come at an extra charge.

⊝Reserve the right to canel and refund the order at any time for any reason
⊝I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
⊝I will NOT claim the intellectual Property (IP) of the commissioned artwork
⊝I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.
⊝I resere the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.

⊝You MAY NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (Reselling,Redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints for selling, ect.)
⊝You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP)
⊝You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes
The following is considered copyright infringement:
Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.Claiming the artwork as your own

General Terms:
Cancellation & Refund:
The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a full refund.The kill fee for canceling the commission after work has begun is 50% of the commission's price. The client then receives the work as is.If the buyer wishes to cancel the commission after the work has started, the buyer can be issued a refund but agrees to pay the kill fee.Paypal specific:
If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. I will transfer the money back to you myself.If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.
Commercial Work ToS
⊝Project Delivery Method: The project will be delivered to the commissioner’s email address as a .zip file or through a google drive link through the primary contact method.⊝Commission Completion Date: For single work projects standard completion time is 3 weeks. For multi-work projects deadlines can be discussed.⊝Payment: Payment is through Pay Pal Invoice. Full payment is expected at the time of commission acceptance for single workprojects. Payment plans and pay-as-you-go is available for multi-work projects. An email will be sent to the primary contact method, (included in form) This email includes a link to my Sketch approvals before payment is accepted are available for most commission types. If the sketch is unaccepted and no further edits are desired then work will cease on the commission, and the unapproved sketch may not be used in any way. If large edits need to be made to the sketch these will happen before payment is collected, if small edits need to be made they will be done after payment is collected. By paying for the commission the commissioner is agreeing that the sketch is approved, or will be approved after minor edits.Usage Rights:⊝All commissioned artwork and designs must be appropriately credited to Kit Hart AKA SickHart.⊝Commercial Commission⊝For a fee or separate agreed upon terms of compensation a commercial use license can be purchased which would allow the commissioner to use the commissioned work for all sorts of money making and advertising activity except for “NFT” or “Non Fungible Token” transactions or advertising “NFTs” or “Non Fungible Tokens” or any other crypto-currency related activities.⊝Other Prohibited Activities:⊝Commissioned artworks may not be used to advertise, encourage, or support hate or discrimination to any groups based on age, race, ethnicity, ability or disability, gender and/or sexual/romantic orientation, appearance, or religion.⊝Commissioned artwork may not be heavily edited by anyone except for KitHart unless it is a necessary function of the project. SickHart must be made aware of this before working on the project.⊝Artwork by KitHart may never be used for AI technology. It may not be used to train, advertise, endorse, or otherwise benefit AI technology in any capacity.⊝Artwork by KitHart may never be used for NFT activities. This includes advertising or endorsing NFTs/ NFT sales as well as using as NFTs.
Commission Termination Agreement and Refund Policy:
⊝The commission may be terminated at the request of the commissioner for any reason, however the amount of work already put in by the artist (SickDoodlesDork) must be fairly compensated. Work on the commission will be counted up until twelve hours after a termination request is sent by the commissioner to the commissioned. The commissioner will receive a refund for the portion of the commission that was not completed and receive the incomplete artwork file.⊝All commission types that do not require a sketch approval will not receive the incomplete artwork file. (examples include: sketch commissions, icon commissions, emote commissions.)⊝For any commissions that require an approval sketch a 70% refund will be issued if there has not been any progress beyond sketch cleaning. For each step beyond the sketching or sketch cleaning phases a percentage of the full commission price will be retained by Amurei Art as compensation for the work performed. Partial stages will only be counted if a substantial portion of that stage has been completed (in this case, a substantial portion is 60% or more of the stage completed.) Below is a breakdown for how much of the full commissions price will be refunded if the phase is substantially near completion:⊝Lineart phase: 40%
Flat colour phase: 30%
Shading/hilighting phase: 10%
Touch-ups and final editing phase: 0%⊝Incomplete artwork may not be edited or worked upon by any artist other than Amurei Art.
Communication:
⊝KitHart will send a sketch for approval, however after that the commissioner is welcome to ask for updates at any point in the process.
Communication should primarily take place through email, however for larger projects the use of an instant message app like Discord or WhatsApp.

Private Commissions:
⊝The commissioned work will be kept private until such a time when it is appropriate for KitHart to post, such as after the commissioner publishes the work publicly.KitHart/SickdoodlesDork will never resell the commissioner’s commissioned work.
